AB The author reflects on anger, forgiveness, exile and violence in the book of Exodus 14:19 to 31 wherein God showed violence to end the oppression of Israel from Egypt. He notes that the story tend to send bias to people that violent acts are solutions to unjust situations. He stresses that the story depict non-violent protest, leadership and prayer in the character of Moses. He says that Christians should emulate Moses who stands firm despite of the impossible and overwhelming odds.
