AB La promulgation de Nostra aetate 4 a profondément modifié la relation de l’'Église au peuple juif. Elle met aussi en lumière de nouveaux défis théologiques. Parmi eux, la christologie apparaît comme une discipline majeure pour une théologie chrétienne du judaïsme. Mais quelle incidence la judéité retrouvée de Jésus a-t-elle pour le chrétien du XXIième siècle? L'’article commence par analyser les traces de christologie que l'’on peut trouver dans les principaux textes récents du Magistère qui traitent de la question des juifs et du judaïsme. Puis l'’A. propose quelques pistes pour élaborer une christologie, non pas de la séparation avec Israël, mais où le Christ constitue le nœud entre juifs et chrétiens, à la fois leur connexion et leurs désaccords.
AB The promulgation of Nostra aetate 4, altered profoundly the relation of the Church toward the Jewish people. But it also highlights new theological challenges. Among them Christology appears as a major discipline that must contribute to a Christian theology of Judaism. What significance does the Jewishness of Jesus have for the Christian of the 21st century ? The article begins by analyzing the traces of Christology that can be found in the main magisterial texts dealing with the question of Jews and Judaism. The author then proposes some tracks for developing a Christology which is not built on the separation with Israel, but where Christ constitutes the link between Jews and Christians, the source of their connection, as well as of their disagreements.
