| Zusammenfassung: | In 1998 Roskilde Cathedral was admitted to the UNESCO world heritage list. In order to meet the challenges following from this status, the governance network around the church was reorganized in 2013 and a new foundation was established. I examine the reorganization as a token of a potentially new tendency in structuring the functions of such church buildings which are attributed particular status in the realm between the Danish model of religion and the Danish cultural heritage .I 1998 blev Roskilde Domkirke en del af UNESCOs verdensarvsliste, og som resultat af de udfordringer, der er fulgt med denne status, er governance netværket rundt om domkirken i 2013 blevet reorganiseret med tilføjelsen af en ny fond. Denne artikel undersøger denne reorganisering, da den kan være udtryk for en ny tendens i styring af kirkebygninger, der med deres særlige status i kulturarven ligger på grænsefladen mellem den danske religionsmodel og museumsvæsenet |
