Dazu gehört die Lehre vom gemeinsamen Priestertum aller Gläubigen. Demnach haben alle Gläubigen, als einzelne und auch zusammengeschlossene zu Vereinigungen, kraft der Taufe aktiven Anteil an der Ausübung der Sendung der Kirche. Mit seinem Beschluss Der Anteil der Verbände an der Sendung der Kirche versucht der Bund der Deutschen Katholischen Jugend, den eigenen Ort und die eigene Funtion in der Kirche zu bestimmen. Dem steht die Haltung der Deutschen Kischofskonferenz gegenüber, die immer noch in den vorkoniliaren Kategorien der Katholischen Aktion denkt. Sie ignoriert weitgehend die Autonomie der Verbände und ist vor allem daran interessiert, diese durch beauftragte Personen zu leiten und zu beaufsichtigen. 50 years after the conclusion of the Second Vatican Council it is evident that central teaching of the Council, for example the doctrine of the common priesthood of all faithful, have not yet been adopted everywhere. Thus all faithful, as individuals and also joined forces to associations, have by virtue of baptism active part in the pursuit of the mission of the Church. The Federation of German Catholic Youth tries to determine his own place and his own role in the Chruch by its decision Der Anteil der Verbände an der Sendung der Kirche. This contrastswith the attitude of the German Bishops' Conference, who still clings to pre-conciliar categories og Catholic Action. The German Bishops' Conference largerly ignores the autonomy of associations and has the interention to conduct and to supervise them through ist own authorized persons. 50 anni dopo la conclusione dell'Concilio Vaticano II risulta che persino insegnamenti conciliari molto significativi ancora non sono stati receptiti del tutto. Ne fa parte l'insegnamento conciliare sul sacerdozio comune di tutti i fedeli. Ciò vuol dire che tutti i fedeli, sia da singoli sia uniti in associazioni, partecipano attivamente all'esercizio della missione della Chiesa in virtù del loro battesimo. La confederazione della gioventù cattolica tedesca (Bund der Deutschen katholischen Jugend) tramite la sua presa di posizione scritta Der Anteil der Verbände an der Sendung der Kriche (La parte delle associazione alla missione della Chiesa) cerca di riflette la propria posizione e la propria funzione nell'insieme della Chiesa, partendo dall'insegnamento sul sacerdozio comune. L'episcopato tedesco invece segue ancora le idee preconciliari dell'Azione cattolica, cioè dei fedeli dipendenti del tutto dalla loro autorità perché essi agiscano solo in virtù di un loro mandato ossia di un loro permesso. Ne risulta l'interesse prevalente dei vescovi di sorvegliare le associazioni di fedeli. | ||
