Sumario:The religious attendance of the members of the Armed Forces is one of the many guarantees that conform the religious freedom, so and as it is designed in ous ordering article 16 of the Spanish Constitution and the Statutory law of Religious Freedom under protection of, where specifically it is mentioned. The legal regime of the mentioned attendance, before the promulgation and take effect of the constitutional text, was governed by international instruments that already tied to the Spanish state with Santa Sede, and the own administrative laws of personnel relative to the extinct Military chaplaincies of the Army, Navy and Air forces
