Resumo: | This paper examines the hypothesis that members of the urban working class are significantly less involved (associationally) in the church than are members of other occupational strata. Using data from a national sample of adult, male, Catholic heads of households in Italy, a statistically significant but very weak positive relationship was discovered. |
