Resumo:The article offers information on article wrote by Thomas Aquinas on topic acedia, Roman Catholicism as deadly sins in the thirteenth century. Topics include reports that in describing acedia as sorrow over spiritual good, Thomas understands spiritual good as the divine good, the good to which all other spiritual goods are ultimately directed; and examines that it claims charity that can be understood as friendship with God, a gift given by God in Christ by which humanity is shared.
