Σύνοψη: | Excellent communication by emotionally intelligent leaders is key to ministry team health. Such communication has been noted to be the medium utilized to both motivate and develop either a subordinate or team. A leader can communicate successfully to their team and keep pace with their team’s development when utilizing the Communication Process Theory, or CPT. CPT is ideal as it first leads the individual, growing them naturally into the team and pacing relationship dynamics appropriately. |
