| Riepilogo: | Il presente contributo — partendo dall’affermazione di sant’Alfonso M. de Liguori «il compito del confessore è officio di carità, istituito dal Redentore solamente in bene delle anime» — riflette su alcune dimensioni della formazione continua dei confessori, il quale è prima di tutto padre, maestro, poi medico ed infine giudice. L’Autore presenta le indicazioni portanti del magistero post-Conciliare sul tema della formazione ed offre vari elementi di riflessione per affrontare le delicate situazioni sempre nuove che le coscienze ci sottopongono. Alla luce delle indicazioni magisteriali, e senza voler cadere nella casistica, l’Autore cerca di riflettere su alcuni casi pastorali concreti sottolineando due aspetti ineludibili: l’intangibilità del sigillo sacramentale e la matura paternità nell’amministrazione della misericordia di Dio. The Sacrament of Reconciliation in the priestly formation and pastoral practice. This contribution begins with the affirmation of Saint Alfonso M. de Liguori «the task of the confessor is an office of charity, instituted by the Redeemer only for the good of souls». It reflects on some dimensions of the continuous formation of confessors, which is first of all a father, a teacher, then a doctor and finally the judge. The Author presents the main indications of the post-Conciliar magisterium on the theme of formation and offers various elements of reflection in response to the ever new and delicate situations that our consciences are confronted with. In light of the magisterial indications, and without wanting to fall into the case history, the Author tries to reflect on some concrete pastoral cases by emphasizing two unavoidable aspects: the intangibility of the sacramental seal and mature paternity in the administration of God’s mercy. |
