AB Der Autor zeigt die Entwicklung der Canones auf, die für das geisltiche Leben der Priester von Bedeutung sind. Nach einem Überblick über den Corpus Iuris Canonici und den CIC/1917 wendet er sich dem neuen Codex zu. Sehr ausführlich kommentiert er can. 276, der die wichtigsten Empfehlungen für das geistliche Leben der Priester enthält.
