AB Canon Law Codification radically put the problem about Canon Law making method; during the 20th century, it gave rise to a lot of interventions and proposals that, anyway, did not lead to effective methodological results. Today the question needs to be tackled according to the crteria of a correct epistemology (by identifying ist domain an formal language) which would provide for an adequate interdiciplinary connection of the sciences that, from diffrent points of view, deal with the same "material objects" of research
