AB La riforma della liturgia e dei libri liturgici data dal Concilio Vaticano II é stata effettuata in tempi diversi. Nel 1970 é stato il Messale Romano con il suo ordinamento generale. L'anno successivo, la Liturgia delle Ore, che ha introdotto alcune novità per quanto riguarda al Messale, nel momento che si celebrano insieme la Messa e l'Ore Liturgiche sui riti di inizio e la preghiera dei fedeli, sostituiti dalle invocazioni del Breviario, ad eccesione dell'Ordinamento del Messale del 1975 che non ha ricevuto queste novità. Il Codice stabilisce che i sacramenti síano celebrati secondo i libri liturgici (can. 846 § 1) che ricevere la disposizione del Consiglio, nel quale sancisce di osservare fedelmente i libri liturgici, senza aggiungere, cancellare o modificare nulla di propria iniziativa. Nel anno 2000 é stato emesso un altro Ordinamento Generale del Messale Romano, che permette di modificare i riti di introduzione e conferma le intenzioni della preghiera dei fedeli in risposta alla epistola e al vangelo, senza fare alcuna citazione della sostituzione di queste intenzioni per l'invocazioni della Liturgia delle Ore. In base alle disposizioni di cui sopra menzionate, si é concluso che tale sostituzione non é consentita perché la liturgia non è proprietà del celebrante né della comunità. The reform of the liturgy and the liturgical books set forth by the second Vatican Council has been carried out at different times. In 1970 it was the Roman Missal with its general Ordering. The following year, the Liturgy of the Hours introduced some novelties regarding the Missal, when the Mass and the Liturgical Hours on initiation rites were held together and the prayers of the faithful replaced by the Breviary invocations. But the 1975 Missal Ordering did not contain such news. The Code establishes that the sacraments are to be celebrated according to the liturgical books. The can. 846, § 1, which receives the provisions of the Council, establishes that the liturgical books are to be observed faithfully and nothing can be added, removed or modified on its own initiative. In 2000 another general Ordering of the Roman Missal was issued, which allows modifying initiation rites and confirming the intentions of the prayer of the faithful in response to the epistle and gospel without any mention of the substitution of che intentions by the invocations of the Liturgy of the Hours. According to the above provisions, it is concluded that such subscitution is not allowed because the liturgy is not owned by the celebrant or the community
