Description
Summary:This paper is a description of a unique church-based program for spiritual treatment and healing of individuals who are chemically dependent. It is a comprehensive program that relies on modifications to the traditional Alcoholics Anonymous 12-step program. The direct reliance upon Jesus Christ as the source of healing and the Scriptures as the path to all redemption, as well as the reliance on attendance at regularly scheduled meetings which employ Christian doctrine mark “More Than Conquerors” as a unique approach.
