Description
Résumé:In discussion with A. Ritschl, N. Slenczka, and W. Elert, the article argues that Jesus himself determines through his life what it means to be a child of God. In an act of solidarity with sinners, he turns against an idea of sonship that is unilaterally determined by the Father. The Father recognizes the redefinition of sonship given by Jesus. This is what the cross and resurrection stand for.
