| Итог: | The present article analyses Fénelon’s position with respect to the Thomist doctrine de gratia at the time of the Jansenist dispute. From his 1704 prescription condemning Cas de conscience up to his great pastoral instruction in the form of dialogues on Vnigenitus signed on January 1, 1714, Fénelon ceaselessly endeavored to situate orthodox Thomism within the limits fixed for it by the « Congregatio de Auxiliis ». A Molinist, Fénelon finally rallied to the anti-Thomism of the Jesuits. RésuméLe présent article analyse la position de Fénelon à l’égard de la doctrine thomiste de gratia au temps de la querelle janséniste. Depuis son ordonnance de 1704 condamnant le Cas de conscience jusqu’à sa grande instruction pastorale en forme de dialogues sur l’Vnigenitus souscrite le 1er janvier 1714, Fénelon n’a eu de cesse, pour éviter que les jansénistes ne puissent se protéger derrière la doctrine de l’École de saint Thomas, de réduire le thomisme orthodoxe entre les bornes qui lui avaient été fixées lors des Congrégations de auxiliis. Moliniste, Fénelon s’est finalement rallié à l’antithomisme des jésuites. |
