Riepilogo:Scholars have looked at how Pentecostalism has grown by using different forms of advertising—especially posters and flyers—to make sure that the community know about their events and programs. The gap exist in the impact of these forms of advertising on the environment as these loose flyers and posters being put up everywhere in South African cities have become hazardous for the environment and the health of people. This article aimed at problematizing the impact of Pentecostal advertising through a literary analysis. The article used an environmental theory as the basic theory of caring for the environment and concluded that there is a need for the South African government to intervene on local level by regulating advertisement through proper policies to avoid the environmental risks. In addition, churches should be at the forefront of ensuring that the environment where they operate is clean and conducive to good meetings.
