AB Through the fundamental theological approach, the Author intends to elaborate some initial alternative avenues of research to sociology and philosophy in order to get an interpretation of conflict in terms of transformation. Two writings will be analyzed, one of which was written by St Francis of Assisi (Letter to a Minister) in order to outline a theology of repairing those bonds that over time have frayed the fraternity, making people erroneously believe that conflict is superior to unity.
