Der vorliegende Band will das Bewußtsein für die heutige Situation von Asylsuchenden wieder schärfen. Nach eingehender Analyse der Ursachen für die fortschreitende gesellschaftliche Entsolidarisierung und Teilnahmslosigkeit gegenüber Asylbewerbern wird anhand des Paradigmas der Sozialpastoral durchbuchstabiert, wie die Praxis einer messianischen Kirche für die Anderen aussehen müßte. Als ein Beispiel richtiger Praxis hat eine Kirchenasylinitiative im westfälischen Nottuln gezeigt, wie Christen solidarisch und verbindlich mit Flüchtlingen zusammenleben können. Die Mitglieder dieser Initiative kommen dabei in einem eigenen Beitrag auch selbst zu Wort. Eine Solidargemeinschaft aus Einheimischen und Flüchtlingen wird zum Widerstandsunternehmen gegen staatliche Behördenwillkür und stellt ein Projekt dar, Kirche bzw. Reich Gottes im ursprünglichen Sinne zu realisieren. | ||
