Summary: | The article reflects on the message of reversal of status quo, which is revealed in the biblical passages of Isaiah 43:16-21 and in the letter of apostle Paul to the Philippians. In the author's view, the creation of a path in the sea by God to allow Israelites to cross the waters so they could flee from Egypt, as told in the book of Isaiah 43, was a form of reversal. He says that Paul calls all Christians to shift from their own virtue to the grace offered by God. |
