| Sumario: | Teil eines seit Januar 2014 am Seminar für Katholische Theologie der Freien Universität Berlin angesiedelten Forschungsprojekts, das versucht, die momentan in der deutschsprachigen systematischen Theologie virulente Debatte um Denkformen in Kontakt zu bringen mit einem derzeit weithin gemiedenen Stück materialer Dogmatik: der Leib-Christi-Ekklesiologie. Der Beitrag will die momentan in der deutschsprachigen systematischen Theologie virulente Debatte um Denkformen in Kontakt bringen mit einem derzeit weithin gemiedenen Stück materialer Dogmatik: der Leib-Christi-Ekklesiologie. Dazu wird in einem ersten Schritt der differenztheoretische Ansatz (Thomas Pröpper et al.) mit der monistischen bzw. panentheistischen Intuition (Klaus Müller et al.) kontrastiert und der Stand der entsprechenden Denkformdebatte nachgezeichnet. Die zentrale These ist, dass das Bild von der Kirche als dem Leib Christi themarelevant für eine Bearbeitung dieser Debatte um Denkformen sein kann, weil in der Leib-Christi-Metapher (bzw. ihrem jeweiligen ekklesiologischen Gebrauch) eben jene Spannung von Identität und Differenz im Verhältnis des Endlichen zum Absoluten zum Austrag kommt, mit der auch die beiden genannten Denkformen ringen. Diese These wird in einem zweiten Schritt methodologisch begründet und dann anhand der Ekklesiologie Johann Adam Möhlers (Abschnitt drei) sowie anhand der ekklesiologischen Literatur etwa zwischen den 1920er und den 1940er Jahren im deutschsprachigen Raum (Abschnitt Vier) zumindest anfanghaft erprobt. The contribution seeks to bring the debate over forms of thought, which is currently rampant in German-language systematic theology, into contact with a section of material dogmatics that is largely eschewed at the present time: the Body-of-Christ ecdesiology. The approach taken in the theory of difference (Thomas Pröpper et al.) is first contrasted with the monistic or panentheistic intuition (Klaus Müller et al.) and the state of the corresponding debate on forms of thought is traced. The central thesis is that the image of the church as the Body of Christ can be thematically relevant for a treatment of this debate over forms of thought since the tension between identity and difference in the relation of the contingent to the absolute, with which the two named forms of thought are also grappling, is resolved in the Body-of-Christ metaphor (or in its prevailing ecclesiological use). This thesis is methodologically justified in a second step. Then it is put to the test, at least incipiently, on the basis of the ecclesiology of Johann Adam Möhler (part three) as well as on the basis of the ecclesiological literature found in the German-speaking world between about the 1920's and the 1940's (part four). |
