Descripción
Sumario:The focus of the report is on what has been and can be constructive endeavours of U.S. church leaders towards a peace process in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. A major component is said to relate to the interfaith agenda. The suggested framework for the churches would need to be modified for Muslim and Jewish leaders who wish to pursue the agenda from within their religious traditions. Churches for the Middle East (C-MEP) currently includes representatives from 12 major Christian communions, all of which have offices in Washington. (DÜI-Asd)
