Description
Summary:The author first investigates the words which, in the O.T., concern God's purpose. He then considers the great sapiential texts which refer to the personified Wisdom: he shows how, in these texts, Wisdom is related to the cosmos, to man and to God. He finally ponders over Saint Paul's major texts (I Cor. 1-2; Rm 11,33-36; Col. 1,15-20; Eph. 1,1-14): he explains how the Wisdom theme unables Paul to translate Christ's divine origin, his salvific journey, his connivance with the world of man, his kerygmatic role, more particularly addressed to the most humble, and the conclusive nature of his call.
