| 总结: | The the spoken language, the common idea of the meaning of "internal forum" got further away from the one presently used in Canon Law. In Canon Law, "internal forum" is simply a mode of action of the ecclesiastical power of gouvernace; it is a way through which the abovementioned juridical power expresses itself, under proper and original juridical rules, when pastoral needs require it. The purpose of this paper is to point out some of the principal rules which preside over the activity of the Church in the internal forum in the 1983 Code of Canon Law as a concrete expression of voluntary jurisdicion. The norms of the present Code underline the unity of canonical juridical experience and, at the same time, the duality of fields in which the potestas regimines may be executed in the Church |
