Description
Résumé:The expression "bonum coniugum" is not completely new to the canonical tradition and the Magisterium but to archieve a clearer formulation and interpretation, one needs to take into consideration the corresponding normative texts which have emerged since the end of the Second Vatican Council. From the teaching of Gaudium et Spes, both the Jurisprudence of the Rota Romana and doctrinal deepening have brought the determination of bonum coniugum to such of a partnership of love for the whole life, always perfectible in the communium of life according to the personal vocation of each other
