Résumé:This article study termination of the adoption by lack of parental consent. We study this question in canon law, that aried because of various cases that showing the need for effective legal remedies to civil law and canon level and coordination between the two systems. This need is because the fact that this is a matter where human rights are committed. Among these fundamental rights should be specifically mentioned those rights which are in connection with these causes free inquiry of the personality or the right to know the biological origin. This is a legal attribution of sonship that it recognizes code of canon law. Therefore subject to ist principles and restrictions. This question is raised by the various cases that are subyudice in our country and we have shown the need for effective legal means. Since the scope of this canonization is clear that if the adoption is extinguished civilly would also be extinct by Canon Law. However, in the field of test and for canonical effects would be required to initiate administrative or judical processes.
