Identificar o verdadeiro alvo de Kierkegaard nos obriga a reavaliar a visão predominante sobre suas relações com Hegel. | ||

The present paper argues that much of this criticism is in fact directed not at Hegel but rather at a lesser-known Danish figure named, Adolph Peter Adler (1812-69). Most of the critical comments in the Introduction to Kierkegaard’s work can be traced to Adler’s book, Popular lectures on Hegel’s objective logic. Virtually all of the main points concerning Hegel’s philosophy that Kierkegaard touches on can be found in the Introduction to this little-known work. Identifying the actual target of Kierkegaard’s critiques enjoins us to re-evaluate the standard view of his relation to Hegel. | ||
