Riepilogo: | This is the fourth volume to be published in the series Construction of Space in biblical books. The series was initiated through the programme unit on spatial readings of the Bible of the Society of Biblical Literature. This volume contains a number of essays derived from papers offered at the international meetings of the unit which are contextualized by an editorial Introduction delineating key features of critical spatial theory. George notes that the essays which follow are broken into three aspects of spatial exegesis: social formation; identity and the social production of space, gender, and space; space and memory. |
