| Summary: | Il presente articolo ripercorre le tappe della ricerca sull'apocalittica, a cominciare dai suoi primi passi agli inizi del XIX secolo, fino all'ultima pubblicazione in italiano sul tema (Arcari 2020). Questa ricerca è nata principalmente per comprendere meglio testi biblici come Daniele o l'Apocalisse di Giovanni, lavorando in un primo tempo sull'idea di una teologia apocalittica unitaria, di cui si cercò di individuare le origini sia nella profezia biblica sia in influenze babilonesi o persiane. Il relativo consenso raggiunto venne messo in questione negli anni Settanta/ Ottanta del secolo scorso, quando da una parte si portò l'attenzione sullo studio del genere letterario «apocalisse» (Collins ), dall'altra si individuò nel Primo libro di Enoc la testimonianza più evidente di un sistema teologico coerente che prende le mosse dall'idea dell'origine extra-umana del male (Sacchi). Più recentemente si è concentrato l'interesse sull'ambiente scribale in cui nacquero le apocalissi (Horsley) e sul processo di elaborazione e utilizzo di questi testi, a cominciare dalle stesse esperienze psicotrope degli specialisti del sacro che le hanno prodotte (Arcari). This article introduces to the different stages of the research on Apocalypticism, beginning with its fìrst move at the beginning of the XIX century, until the last Italian publication on the subject (Arcari 2020). The author underlines how this research was born to better understand Biblica! texts such as Daniel or Revelation, mainly working on the thesis of an apocalyptic theological school that gave birth to the apocalypses, identifying its origins either in the Biblical prophecy or in Babylonian and Persian influences. In the seventies and eighties of the XX century, the partial consensus that had been reached was questionedby a new focus put on the apocalypse as a literary genre (Collins), or on identifying in the First Book of Enoch a coherent theological system centered on the extra-human origin of Evil (Sacchi). More recently, a new interest was directed of the scriba! milieu that originated the apocalypses (Horsley) or to the process itself of production and use of the apocalypses, beginning with the psychotropic experiences that originated the texts (Arcari). |
