He offers some reflections on several canonical questions that may help to solve some difficulties related to failed marriages, such as the preparation and admission to canonical celebration of marriage, the identification contract-sacrament, the presumption of c.1060, the proof of matrimonial nullity and the need to increase procedural celerity in the matrimonial nullity cases, among others. | ||
