| Summary: | What do students think about the use of e-Learning platforms as support for their education? Which are their needs and what obstacles must they face? Although some studies have indeed been carried out regarding the use of ICTs, from the students' point of view and experience a lot more needs to be done. Precisely the aim of this work is to show some indicators referring to the use of the Universidad de Comillas Portal de Recursos («Resources Portal») that give a general idea of which is the situation of the students in this field and which performance proposals, both technical and pedagogical, may be carried out by the different University agents (professors, IT Engineers and services). ¿Qué opinan los alumnos sobre el uso de las Plataformas e-Learning como apoyo a su aprendizaje? ¿Qué necesidades tienen y con qué dificultades se encuentran? Aunque se han realizado algunos estudios acerca del empleo de las TIC, todavía no se ha profundizado lo suficiente desde la óptica y la experiencia del alumno. Precisamente el objetivo de este trabajo es presentar algunos indicadores referidos al uso del Portal de Recursos (Plataforma de la Universidad Pontificia Comillas) que den una idea general de cuál es la situación de los alumnos en este ámbito y qué propuestas de actuación, tanto técnicas como pedagógicas, se pueden llevar a cabo desde los diferentes agentes de la Universidad (profesores, informáticos y servicios). |
