| Riepilogo: | Although in the last years there has been an important and sudden increase in children violence against their parents, there are very few publications about this family and social drama. Bearing in mind that this phenomenon obeys to a multicausal reality, this article analyses the main elements that constitute this problem from a sociological, psychological and legal perspective. A pesar de que en los últimos años se ha producido un incremento significativo y repentino de la violencia ejercida por los hijos hacia sus progenitores, son escasas las publicaciones que han intentado acercarse a este drama familiar y social. Entendiendo que este fenómeno obedece a una realidad multicausal, en el presente artículo se analizan los principales elementos que configuran esta problemática desde las perspectivas sociológica, psicológica y jurídica. |
