| Summary: | This paper shows a selection of criteria and proposals related to the reform of public policies for social services in Spain. They are connected with technical issues within that area of social welfare, with legal and institutional aspects and financial and administrative management. The background of this paper must be mentioned: 1) it is based on the work coordinated by the Seminar on Social Policies and Intervention in regard to the Law 39/2006 for personal autonomy and care for dependent people; 2) it is a transcription with a few amendments of a document that was adopted and published by the Seminar. Este texto contiene una selección de criterios y propuestas concernientes a la reforma de las políticas públicas de servicios sociales en España. Unos y otras se refieren a los aspectos técnicos de dicha rama del bienestar social, a los jurídico-institucionales, a los financieros y a los de gestión administrativa.Son de obligada mención estos antecedentes del documento: 1) se basa en trabajosgestionados por el Seminario de Intervención y Políticas Sociales especialmente en relación con la Ley 39/2006, de 14 de diciembre, de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal y Atención a las personas en situación de dependencia, y 2) es transcripción con ligeras adaptaciones de un documento adoptado y publicadopor dicho Seminario. |
