Description
Summary:If Hegel regularly makes use of the expression "witness of the spirit", this nonetheless has for him no specifically theological meaning. It designates the activity characteristic of every spirit, specifically, spontaneous and integral self-manifestation. This article examines the forms and the issues, but also the limits, of such self-manifestation in Hegel's philosophy.
