Resumo:In this article the author offers reflections on their transition to online teaching during the Coronavirus pandemic. They describe how virtual learning allowed them the opportunity to emphasize the visual culture of the Renaissance, focusing on its higher meaning and reading beyond the literal. The author also explores the teaching methodology used for a survey course they taught, which focused on literature prior to the French Revolution.
