| Résumé: | Undoubtedly, in the study of the educational practice it becomes particularly significant to analyze concepts such as generativity, understood as the expression of personal development in relation to self-care and care for others. This is because generative action is directly linked to the pedagogical exercise, as it promotes the intergenerational legacy through the formation and promotion of the integral development of the learner. In this context, this research seeks to contribute to the reflective analysis of the concepts related to education and human development, from its link with the generative potential. The research was conducted under a monographic approach, based on the bibliographic-documentary review and the critical, analytical and interpretative analysis of the subject sustained from the perspective of different authors, which yielded as main result that generativity, in its social dimension linked to education, not only benefits the development of those who receive the generative legacy, but also enhances and favors self-realization and self-care of those who exercise it, an argument on which the urgency of strengthening generative practices in all educational agents, especially among teachers, is determined. Sin lugar a duda, en el estudio del quehacer educativo se torna particularmente significativo analizar conceptos como el de generatividad, entendida como la expresión del desarrollo personal en relación con el autocuidado y el cuidado de los otros. Esto, debido a que la acción generativa se vincula directamente con el ejercicio pedagógico, en tanto que este promueve el legado intergeneracional a través de la formación y la promoción del desarrollo integral del educando. En este contexto, la presente investigación busca contribuir al análisis reflexivo acerca de los conceptos relacionados con la educación y el desarrollo humano, desde su vínculo con el potencial generativo. La investigación se realizó bajo un enfoque monográfico, sustentado en la revisión bibliográfico-documental y el análisis crítico, analítico e interpretativo de la temática sustentada desde la perspectiva de diferentes autores, lo que arrojó como principal resultado que la generatividad, en su dimensión social vinculada a la educación, no solo beneficia el desarrollo de quienes reciben el legado generativo, sino, además, potencia y favorece la autorrealización y el autocuidado de quienes la ejercen, argumento sobre el cual se determina la urgencia de fortalecer las prácticas generativas en todos los agentes de la educación, especialmente, entre los docentes. |
