| Summary: | L'étude de l'implantation du pentecôtisme en France au XXe siècle, comme celle des baptistes au XIXe siècle, constitue un passionnant terrain d'observation de la pluralisation religieuse en France. Ces deux minorités protestantes ont toutes deux développé un prosélytisme actif et la même conception du baptême du croyant, dans le cadre d'Églises militantes. Il n'est guère étonnant qu' elles aient établi des liens précoces, les baptistes français apportant un appui considérable aux premiers développements du pentecôtisme. L'implantation pentecôtiste assez rapide en France illustre, par ses mécanismes, une étape de la diversification religieuse de la France, réduisant un contraste séculaire avec les États-Unis. The study of Pentecostal implantation in France during the XXth Century, like the Baptists imphntation in the XIXth Century, constitutes a fascinating way of observing the religious pluralization in France. As militant churches, these two Protestant minorities both developed active proselytism and the same conception of believers' baptism. It is no wonder that they sep up early ties, French Baptists helping significantly in the first steps of Pentecostal implantation. The rehtively rapid Pentecostal implantation in France illustrates, by its mecanims, a phase in France's religious diversification, reducing an age-old contrast with the United States. Wie es in Frankreich zur Verankerung der Pfingstbewegung im 20. Jahrhundert bzw. der der Baptisten im 19. Jahrhundert kam, ist eines der spannendsten Gebiete, die sich bei der Herausbildung der religiösen Vielfalt in Frankreich beobachten lassen. Diese beiden protestantischen Minderheiten haben einen sehr aktiven Bekehrungseifer entfalten und vertreten die selbe Taufauffassung des Gläubigen im Rahmen militanter Kirchen. Und das ist kein Wunder, daβ beide schon frühzeitig in Verbindung traten : die französischen Baptisten brachten den ersten Etablierungsversuchen der Pfingstgemeinden beträchtliche Unterstützung entgegen. Die ziemlich schnelle Verankerung der Pfingstbewegung in Frankreich illustriert anhan ihrer Funktionsweise eine Etappe der religiösen Meinungsvielfalt in Frankreich und relativiert dabei einen sekulären Unterschied zu den USA. |
