Description
Summary:The examination of the divisions of sciences in Islamic Philosophy doesn’t mean to count all sciences. For it requires fistly setting the fields of being corresponding to the knowledge of God, and secondly bringing that fields together under the certain sciences as a knowledge. And in the first part of our study, we translated Avicenna’s Treatise on the Divisions of the Rational Sciences to Turkish, and in the second part, we examined the transformation of the fields of being to the fields of science, and the divisions of sciences in the frame of the tratise, Madhal and Metaphysics (of Shifa) and Mantiq al-Mashriqiyyin
