Particularly, in a complicated and special way of selecting the teachers, their appointment and discharge, salary for the work they do, as well as in a problematic infringement of some of their fundamental rights. Este artículo se centra sobre todo en las normas legales que regulan la situación laboral de los profesores de religión católica que imparten dicha asignatura en centros escolares públicos. Más concretamente, en el complejo y peculiar modo de seleccionar al personal docente, su nombramiento y su despido, el salario estipulado por el trabajo ejecutado, así como también sobre la problemática lesión de algunos de sus derechos fundamentales. |
