In the present context, labor market is not a good guarantee to social rights; in consequence, the future of social rights will consist in looking for new primaryand secondary guarantees to them. | ||

Para ello se discuten algunos de los argumentos que se suelen utilizar para diferenciar estos derechos de los civiles y políticos.A partir de ahí se señala que uno de sus rasgos distintivos es su voluntad de detraer del mercado la satisfacción de las necesidades más básicas. En el momento actual, el mercado laboral no sirve como garantía de un gran número de derechos sociales por ello su futuro pasa por buscar nuevas garantías a losderechos, tanto primarias como secundarias o jurisdiccionales. | ||
