Le motivazioni sembrano essere che la riforma avviata con il Vaticano II non pare aver ottenuto sufficienti risultati per realizzare un adeguato slancio missionario. Egli ritiene che sia mancata una comunicazione tra soggettività dei laici e ministero ordinato che non si è reso disponibile all’esercizio dei diversi carismi missionari del popolo di Dio. La ministerialità dei laici, che sembrava essere la risorsa centrale della riforma missionaria del Vaticano II, viene ora compresa come uno dei suoi problemi fondamentali della conversione o riforma missionaria della chiesa. Per questo papa Francesco chiede di ridisegnare la ministerialità perché sia espressione di sinodalità, perché sappia guidare l'intero popolo di Dio nella sua missione. Questa svolta ministeriale, tuttavia, ha bisogno di scelte sinodali complesse. Al momento il cammino sinodale, che si concluderà nel 2024, non sembra esprimere un adeguato consenso su una nuova lettura teologica della ministerialità. For some years, Pope Francis has been directing the Church towards a style of synodality. The motivations seem to be the fact that the reform started with Vatican II does not seem to have obtained sufficient results to achieve an adequate missionary impulse. He believes that there has been a lack of communication between the subjectivity of the laity and the ordained ministry which has not made itself available for the exercise of the various missionary charisms of the people of God. Lay ministry, which seemed to be the central resource of the missionary reform of Vatican II, is now understood as one of its fundamental problems of the conversion or missionary reform of the Church. For this Pope Francis asks to redesign ministeriality so that it is an expression of synodality, so that it knows how to guide the entire people of God in its mission. This ministerial change, however, requires complex synodal choices. At the moment the synodal process, which will end in 2024, does not seem to express an adequate consensus on a new theological interpretation of ministeriality. |
