| Résumé: | The Genesis of the Collectio Herovalliana. This contribution shows that the compilator of the Collectio Herovalliana (2nd half 8th century) used a revised version of the Collectio Vetus Gallica. This version, now lost, differed from the known versions of this systematic canon law collection in that its revisor had omitted nearly all of the socalled Canons of the Apostles. Expanding the collection, the compiler of the Herovalliana inserted many Canons of the Apostles from another source. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, dass der Kompilator der Collectio Herovalliana (2. Hälfte 8. Jh.) eine überarbeitete Fassung der Collectio Vetus Gallica verwendete. Diese verlorene Fassung unterscheidet sich von den bekannten Fassungen dieser systematischen Kirchenrechtssammlung darin, dass ihr Redaktor fast alle der so genannten Apostelkanones ausgelassen hat. Der Kompilator der Herovalliana nahm viele Apostelkanones aus einer anderen Quelle wieder in die Sammlung auf, als er diese um weiteres Material ergänzte |
