| Summary: | The territorial approach to rural development supports the idea that the transformation processes in the production capacity must come together with institutional development processes. Besides, the incorporation of the concept of territory aims at going beyond the sector idea and high lighting the role of the doers and local organizations when setting up a joint development project. However, the institutionalistic look puts aside the power relationships between the social actors in a territory and the strategies they draw up to reproduce and transform the regulations which should guide their interactions. The aim of this work is to tackle this problematic issue from the analysisof two rural development experiences in the Entre Ríos Province, in Argentina. El enfoque territorial del desarrollo rural sostiene que los procesos de transformación productiva deben ser acompañados por procesos de desarrollo institucional. Asimismo, la incorporación de la noción de territorio, persigue superar las visiones sectoriales y resaltar el papel de los actores y organizaciones locales en la construcción de un proyecto de desarrollo compartido. Sin embargo, la mirada institucionalista no atiende a las relaciones de poder entre los actores sociales de un territorio, ni a las estrategias que los mismos despliegan para reproducir y transformar las normas que deberían guiar sus interacciones.El objetivo de este trabajo es abordar esta problemática a partir del análisis de dos experiencias de desarrollo rural de la provincia de Entre Ríos,Argentina. |
