After a biographical sketch of the Cardinal recalling him as a master of canonists, Professor Aznar put forward the doctrine and jurisprudence on the so-called «bonum coniugum» (good of the spouses) as concept to be specified and applied to marriage trials. La Facultad de Derecho Canónico organizó un acto académico en homenaje al Cardenal Navarrete. Tras una semblanza del Cardenal, recordándole como Maestro de canonistas, el Prof. Aznar expuso la doctrina y jurisprudencia sobre el denominado bonum coniugum, como un concepto que debe ser precisado y rectamente aplicado en las causas matrimoniales. |
